Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our store at 343 Homer Street Earlwood, NSW 2206. Once your order is placed, we will advise when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24-48 hours. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. If you prefer kerbside pick up let us know by phoning us at 0410598857.
Free shipping for orders over $300, within Australia, and under 5kg in weight. Flat $15 shipping rate for orders within Australia that are under $300, and under 5kg in weight. For orders over 5kg shipping will be calculated at checkout.
We post within 2-3 business days of receiving payment of your order. If you’re ordering within Australia, your order should arrive between 4-10 business days, while overseas orders can take up to 3 weeks. If your item is not in stock, the delivery may take a little longer, as some of of our items are imported from France or other parts of the world. We will contact to advise if this is the case.
We take care to wrap and protect your product/s from any damage whilst items are being shipped. All items leave our premises in the condition as described on our website. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items whilst in transit. If your item arrives damaged or is lost, please contact the carrier responsible and quote tracking number that we have provided you.
Where possible we use recycled packaging and we often re-use cardboard boxes to reduce the impact on our environment and landfill. So please don't be alarmed if you receive your item in a box with a different branded box. We are just trying to help the environment by reducing waste.
Oversized/Bulky Items
Additional shipping surcharges apply for oversized items including furniture and artwork. This charge depends on the delivery location and size of the items. Shipping will NOT be included at checkout for these items, once your order has been placed we will contact you to organise pickup from Ramsgate NSW 2217 or quote for delivery. Oversized/bulky items will be noted in the product descriptions.
