Returns, Refunds Exchanges and Credits
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do offer exchange as long as the item is returned to us within one week (7 days) of you receiving the product.
We do our best to photograph colours as closely as possible. Some photos are provided to us by our suppliers and we cannot be held responsible if the item is not as in the photo. If you are not sure of a colour or design, please call us to discuss and we will do all we can to give you as much information about the product.
Returns for change of mind will be at the buyer's expense. Please call us on 0410598857 to advise of the reason you would like to return, the product and what you would like to select in exchange.
All items returned must be in their original packaging with a copy of the receipt. Returns are at the customer's expense. Postage of the replacement item will also be at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem that the item has been worn or used.
If item is damaged in Transit
If something is faulty on arrival, please send us an email with a photograph of the item(s) or call us to let us know what is wrong with the product. We will replace/exchange or offer a credit note, as long as the item is returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the item. All items returned must be in their original packaging with a copy of the receipt. Postage will be refunded when damaged goods are returned. An exchange/credit will be issued within one week after receipt of the damaged item/s. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit with 3rd party carriers or Australia Post. If this occurs, please contact the shipper and quote your tracking number.
Vintage/Antique or Items on Sale
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on vintage, antique or items on sale. Vintage, Antique or Sale items are sold as-is and each sale is final. If you would like more information about a product, please call or email us and we would be happy to help.

Majority of the items on our website are also available for viewing in our Retail store located at 343 Homer Street, Earlwood. Some items are located at our Supplier's warehouse. If an item is not in our store, we will do our best to send you more photos or provide more information if required.
